We do not have a showroom for you to physically feel or try our mattresses. This helps us make Nuloft affordable. By cutting down retail overheads (such as salesmen commission, showroom rental etc), we pass on even more savings to you.

We want you to truly love your mattress. That’s why we’re giving you 100 nights free trial. Take your time. Sleep on our Nuloft mattress. Decide for yourself. If you change your mind, return your mattress to us.

What are the delivery charges?
Let us do all the work for you. Enjoy free delivery for any purchases above $350. This means all mattresses and bed frames will be delivered to you for free.
Orders under $350: $19.90 delivery charge.
Orders above $350: Free Delivery.
How long will the delivery take?
Your mattress will be delivered within 2 hours if you make your order between 10am to 4pm, Mondays to Friday (excluding public holidays). Alternatively, your order will be delivered from 11 am on the next business working day (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
If your order contains an item(s) that require assembly, eg. bed frames, expect your item(s) to be delivered within 5 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) after your order has been processed.

How long are your warranties?
Warranty periods vary by product, commencing from the date of delivery and are defined in the table below.
Mattress: 10 years
Bed Frames: Up to 10 years
Pillows: 6 months
What is covered under the warranty?
The warranty covers the replacement or repair of any product that has a manufacturing or material defect that is not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse of product, or a natural characteristic of the material used. In the event of a manufacturing defect that is covered by the warranty, our obligation under the warranty will be to provide a repair or replacement at our discretion.
