Fully upholstered inside
The inside walls and the underside of the bed board are covered in the same fabric as the outside, not the usual black woven cloth. It is more durable, less prone to fraying, and gives a neater finish. The floor is a laminated board in a dark oak colour.
Deep storage
Room for luggage, boxes and spare bedding. We recommend the 16 inch base for the most space: 34cm deep inside.

The 16, 14 and 11 inch heights already include the 2-inch top board, measured from the floor. To get your bed height, add your mattress thickness. Choose manual or electric, and your height, in “Storage Bed Height” above.

Is the mattress included?
No, it’s sold separately. Pick the mattress size that matches your bed size in the table above.
Singapore or Japan size?
Choose the size that matches your mattress. Singapore sizes fit 190cm-long mattresses, and Japan sizes fit 195cm-long mattresses. Lucy can also be customised to UK sizes.
Which storage height should I choose?
16 inch gives the most storage, 34cm deep inside. 11 inch sits lowest, with 23cm of storage. Add your mattress thickness to the base height to get your bed height.
What’s the difference between manual and electric?
The manual base opens with German hydraulic lifts (lifetime warranty): lift it by hand, and a safety lock holds it open. The electric base opens and closes with a remote, for mattresses up to 80kg.
How many lifts and compartments are there?
All sizes have 2 lifts and 1 storage compartment, except King, which has 4 lifts and 2 compartments.
How much weight can it hold?
Up to 120kg for Single (SG and JP), Super Single and Semi Double, and up to 240kg for Queen, King and Double.
What is it made of?
A kiln-dried solid and engineered wood frame, upholstered in Kisa Velvet, a pet-friendly, water and stain resistant fabric, with a flat 2-inch bed board topped with anti-slip black woven cloth, on anti-scratch stoppers.
Can you take away my old furniture?
Yes. We offer a disposal service from $70, depending on the item and size. Let us know when we call to schedule your delivery.
Will the colour look the same as the photos?

Keep it looking new
Everyday
Vacuum weekly with a soft brush attachment to lift dust and crumbs.
Spills and stains
Blot straight away with a clean, dry cloth. Don’t rub. For marks, dab with a cloth dampened with water and a little mild soap, then blot dry.
Avoid
Bleach, solvents and strong detergents, and soaking the fabric.
In our climate
Keep it out of strong direct sunlight to prevent fading, and let humid rooms air out to stop mould.
