How does the 100-night trial work?
Try it at home for up to 100 nights.
- Sleep on it for at least 30 nights so your body can adjust.
- Not right for you? Request a return within 100 nights of delivery.
- We collect it free within Singapore and refund your payment, less the deductions in our policy.

Yes, in three size ranges:
- Singapore (190cm long): Single, Super Single, Queen, King
- Japan (195cm long): Single, Semi Double, Double
- UK (200cm long): Semi Double, Queen, Super King
What are the certifications?
- OEKO-TEX®: the knitted cover and natural latex layer
- EU REACH: the foam layers (comparable to CertiPUR-US), low in VOCs and made without ozone-depleting chemicals
- Water-based adhesives: bond the layers and reduce heat retention
How heavy is it?

Can I wash the cover?
Yes. The double-knitted cover is removable and washable. Follow the care label on the cover.
How do I unpack it?
It arrives roll-packed.
- Lay the roll on a flat surface and remove the outer packaging. Don’t cut the inner plastic.
- Unroll it and wait about 5 minutes.
- Cut a small slit at one corner to let air in.
- After about 20 minutes, remove the rest of the plastic.
Allow 1 to 3 days for it to fully expand.
Can you take away my old mattress?
Yes. We offer a disposal service from $70, depending on the item and size. Let us know when we call to schedule your delivery.
Keep it fresh
Everyday
Use a mattress protector to keep it clean. Air the bed regularly by pulling back the sheets.
Rotate
Rotate head to foot every 3 months for the first year, then every 6 months, so it wears evenly. Don’t flip it: it’s made to be used one side up.
Spills and stains
Blot with a dry cloth, then dab with a little mild soap and water. Let it dry completely before making the bed.
Avoid
Soaking it, jumping on it, sitting on the edge for long periods, and bending it. Use a firm, flat base with support suited to your mattress.
